Calabria is a region in Southern Italy located in the toe of the Italian Peninsula.

A must see in Calabria is the straight between the mainland of Calabria and Sicily, known as Reggio Calabria is the largest and older city in Calabria and so has become a major attraction in the area with lots on offer including botanical gardens, art nouveau buildings and fabulous beaches.

Temperatures in Calabria can range from minus figures in the winter to soaring temperatures over 40 degrees in the summer months.
