Green Parks, Westward Ho! News

Green Parks Construction in Full Swing

Now is an exciting time at Green Parks resort in the tourism hotspot of Westward Ho!, North Devon with building having commenced and construction now fully underway.

It was towards the end of 2010 that the site of Green Parks executive apartments was fully cleared by local contractors in preparation for phase one of the build. Contractors are currently on site and the build process is in full swing on this perfectly situated site, a stone’s throw from Westward Ho’s beautiful sandy beach.

Foundations for phase one of the Green Parks development have now been laid and, due to the proficiency of the construction company coupled with superb weather conditions, retaining structures and slab work have also been carried out much more quickly than anticipated.

The UK-based developer of Green Parks is confident that, weather permitting, the roof of the first executive apartment block on the resort may be in place on as soon as June of this year.

Managing Director of property agents Barrasford and Bird Worldwide, Robin Barrasford, is confident in the project.

“Phase one of Green Parks development sold out very quickly and executive apartments in the second phase of the resort’s release are already proving to be extremely popular. With superb opportunities available to purchasers including guaranteed rental returns and the peace of mind of a developer buyback option, we anticipate this second phase to sell out rapidly.”
