Why should I buy a property through Circle Earth?

We offer a wide range of properties in locations throughout earth and specialise in eco friendly and sensitive developments. We will not promote any properties which do not meet our strict criteria of build quality or investment potential, and we are always here to answer any questions our clients may have. Do you offer a cooling off period after paying a holding deposit?

Your deposit is fully refundable to you until you have signed a definite reservation form which commits you to the property. After this time, your deposit is not refundable, as it would be forwarded to the developer to reserve your property and your contract will be drawn up.


Do you offer any guarantee’s?

Any guarantees that are offered on rental of the property, will be stipulated in the property particulars and in the contract that you receive from the builder. We will only state a guaranteed rental return if this is written into your contract, and it is guaranteed by the developer, not by Circle Earth. We are not able to offer any guarantees on selling prices should you choose to resell your property, as the price would depend on the market at the time.

Is Circle Eath governed by any industry body's?

Circle Earth is a member of the AIPP.

The AIPP has been set up to guide and to regulate the international property industry. It will give the buyer of international property confidence in choosing where to spend their money.

Companies who are listed as Members have signed up to follow the industry Code of Conduct, established to help the consumer in buying overseas. These guidelines dictate that a professional approach is followed and that companies act with honesty, transparency and integrity at all times. Any failure in their actions will lead to disciplinary action to which, once again, they have agreed.

How can I finance my purchase?

How do I buy?

Should I choose off-plan or resale?

This choice depends on why you want to purchase a property. What is certain is that if you choose an off-plan property, your return on investment will be much larger than in a resale, as the property has time to appreciate in value before you finish paying for it.

Can I sell my off-plan property before completion?

This depends on the property you have bought, as some developers will allow you to resell your property and others require you to complete before you can sell. Look in the further info pages of the properties we offer where it will clearly say in the Why section whether the property can be re-sold before completion.

Why would I want to sell my property before completion?

Again, this depends on why you want to purchase, but if you are purchasing purely for investment reasons, then this can be a very good option for releasing your capital and enjoying the profits, without having to go through the costs of completion.

Can I change my mind?

When you send your holding deposit to us, your funds are held in a secure client account, held with Natwest bank. On your agreement we will forward your deposit to the developer to reserve your property. Once this process has started, you funds are non-refundable if you change your mind. However, in our experience, if you are this far down the line of purchasing your property, you are already committed to it, although cold feet are common, if you persevere, your investment and commitment will pay off.
